- The floor liners are specially made to order and cannot be returned.
This high-quality plywood floor liner is tailor-made for your Iveco Daily V. The flooring creates a flat and solid surface for the cargo and protects the original metal floor of your commercial van against damage. The floor liner is made of high-quality weather and boil proof (WBP) birch plywood with a non-slip top layer, which reduces the risk of sliding cargo and slipping persons. The floor liner is available in different types of plywood:
- KoskiCrown brown - Coating: phenolic resin 220 g/m². Available thicknesses: 9 and 12 mm
- KoskiCrown grey - Coating: phenolic resin 440 g/m², UV resistant. Available thicknesses: 9 and 12 mm
- KoskiDeck granite - Coating: phenolic resin 440 g/m², UV resistant. Available thicknesses: 9 and 12 mm
- KoskiDuo grey - Coating: polypropylene coating, very robust, wear-resistant and food-safe, resistant to oil and chemicals, particularly suitable for demanding areas of application. Available thickness: 12 mm
To facilitate transport and installation, most floors are delivered in two or more parts. The parts are simply connected to each other using the supplied coupling screws in pre-drilled holes. The coupling screws are only screwed into the floor liner parts and not into the steel floor of the car. As standard, each floor liner is supplied with flush-integrated aluminum door sills, provided the entry is not curved. Also standard is mounting with mounting shells, which correspond to the original lashing eyes in the floor of the car. The original lashing eyes are mounted back in the mounting shells, which can be oval or round, depending on the car model. In cars where the lashing eyes are not mounted in the floor, but against the side wall, the floor liner is usually supplied with special L mounting brackets, which are screwed into the side wall. For floor liners without the possibility of screw mounting, we recommend fixation with MS-Polymer glue.
Most floors are optionally available with integrated load securing rails, which are positioned perpendicular under the car's roof rafters. Various types of rail accessories, such as lashing eyes, can be mounted in these system rails. The rails can also be used for load restraint bars. For this, system rails must be mounted against the roof rafters. In our range you will find various types of system rail accessories, load restraint bars and loose system rails.
